CHANGES AT THE RESTAURANT
From now on, our restaurant is opened for lunch on Thursday and Friday as well.
The labour shortage in the hotel trade led us to make the following choice:
Our chef, Marc Le Roux, suggests one single menu according to the market of the day.
This choice will enable him to keep on highlightning the traditional values of French gastronomy :
gourmet cuisine, both genuine and creative, which emphasizes the excellence of the selected products.
Of course, we are still open to special requests (such as food intolerance or vegetarian diet ) as well as to personalized meals ( groups over 10 people).
These menus will be made to order only.
